  • Gentle, accessible movement tailored to your pace and needs. Available in-person or virtually, these 1-on-1 sessions offer space for breathwork, chair yoga, sound healing, or full-body flows.

    Recommended for beginners, seniors, or anyone seeking personalized support.

  • Guided experiences that focus on calming breath techniques like Wave Breath and 3-Part Breath, paired with grounding meditations. Great for mid-day resets or deep evening relaxation.

    Available as 30 minute session or customized bundles for workspaces or small groups

  • Vibrational healing with Tibetan singing bowls and tuning forks designed to support relaxation, stress relief, and energetic balance. Sessions may include breath cues, gentle movement, or meditation.
